How to placing an order and making payment?

- Choose your preferred size/variant, select delivery/pick-up date, input message card details and add optional gifts.

- Fill in your billing and delivery details.
Secure Payment Options
- Pay safely with Visa, MasterCard, FPX, e-wallets or PayPal. All transactions are encrypted.

Can I have more than one item in a shopping cart?

Our shopping cart supports multiple items. You can add as many flower bouquets, flower stands, gifts or add-ons as you like. Just click “Add to Cart” on each product then the cart will automatically update the quantity and total. When you are ready, simply proceed to checkout with everything in one order.

How to check my order status?

You can easily check your order status by logging in to your Bloom.com.my account and heading to the My Account – Orders page. There, you’ll see real-time updates for each purchase — including payment confirmation, preparation progress, delivery status, and completion.

If you checked out as a guest, kindly click HERE to check the order status by input Order ID and Billing email.
