Morning flower delivery request (9.30am – 12.00noon)
For morning delivery requests, kindly arrange an order with payment at lease 2 working days before the delivery date and input ‘request for morning delivery’ inside the memo to us section during online ordering.

Not applicable for Sunday’s delivery and during peak season (e.g. Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day). We understand that sender hopes the delivery to be morning surprise on a special day but due to the high volume of deliveries to be handled during peak season, we can’t promise but will try our best to fulfill. However, delivery will be done on the date specified during the order.

Night flower delivery (6.00pm ~ 1.00am next day)
Available every night during our working days except the night before the public holiday (e.g. Christmas, New Year’s Eve etc).
You can select the time frame you prefer and it will be subject to surcharge on top of product price and delivery charges (if any).
All the charges will be shown during the order.
Kindly contact us for confirmation before placing an order for night flower delivery to an address not within Kuala Lumpur and Selangor in Malaysia.

Important notes :

• The sender must provide at least 1 contact number for the recipient e.g. mobile phone.
  Please provide an alternative contact number if available e.g. 2^nd mobile phone / office phone / house phone. We will confirm the address with the recipient again before flower delivery.
  We will NOT reveal the actual item until it is received by the recipient because we understand most of the senders need the gift/flower to be a surprise.
• Order status can be checked from ‘My Order Status‘ at our website Footer by inputting Order ID and E-Mail. However, the status will be updated manually by our customer service during working hours.
• In some cases, delivery may not be done within specified time requested due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. This applies to all delivery time frames.
• Fix time/express delivery can be arranged by extra surcharge (e.g. Order must be delivered between 2pm to 3pm otherwise recipient will not be there). It’s because additional resources and arrangements are needed to fulfill these requests.

  • For delivery to office : Deliver to receptionist or recipient colleague
  • For delivery to house : Deliver to recipient family member or neighbour
  • For delivery to college/university campus : Deliver to the recipient’s friend if we can’t contact the recipient. Please provide us recipient friend’s contact number for the arrangement
