For example, in the junior florist position, the selected candidate will be guided along every step in flower arrangement, wrapping, purchasing process and retail service. For the senior florist position, the selected candidate will be entrusted to provide new floral recipes or floral designs to plan, design and create floral arrangements for events, ensure that design standards are met, ensure proper communication of event status and flower delivery, maintain photos of a variety of floral arrangement, etc.
